Auto lamp mould

Automobile lamp has high appearance requirements, so the design and manufacture of lamp mold are extremely demanding. The main parts that make up the front and rear lights of the car are: left and right lenses, left and right decorative frames, left and right lamp housings, left and right reflectors, etc.

We have extensive experience in manufacturing various automotive lamp molds. In the product design stage, our engineers will first perform mold flow analysis, and confirm the glue feeding method, the number and position of the glue feeding point and the weld mark to the customer. Before opening the mold, the position of the clamping line needs to be confirmed by the customer.

The mould steel is made of steel imported from Germany to ensure the quality requirements and service life of the products. The machining adopts high-precision and high-end imported equipment, such as Fadia high-precision five-axis CNC milling machine from Italy, and Shaddick mirror spark machine from Japan. The application of these equipment will make the mold surface look brighter, thereby saving more mold polishing time. In order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the mold after processing, we have 2 three-coordinate measuring instruments and 1 projection measuring instrument to measure the dimensions of the mold cavity, core and other parts.
